  • Conceived The Finance Innovation Lab – one of the most globally recognised social innovation organisations in the world catalysing systems change in finance- and built the Lab from an idea to a stand-alone organisation

  • Developed and delivered The Finance Lab’s strategy, culture, organisational form and social change processes

  • Designed and implemented Lab programmes such as the new business model incubator

  • Attracted over £2 million of funding for the Lab and its programmes

  • Cultivated influential relationships with people such as Deborah Meaden, Professor Tim Jackson

  • Successfully managed the £20m global partnership restoring freshwater systems in China, Brazil, Mexico, US and UK – which is now in its 12th year of renewal

  • Cultivated relationships between senior leadership of HSBC and WWF

  • Helped HSBC to improve its lending and investment practices and policies to become a more sustainable bank

  • Developed thought leadership for sustainable finance and change processes

 

EARLY CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

  • Successfully implemented the £10m product and service launch of The Body Shop’s make-up range for Europe Middle East and Africa (November 2001-December 2002)

  • Successfully implemented 6 customer retention programmes for UK and European retail banks for Cendant International Marketing Services’ (CIMS) clients. (Sept 2000- November 2001)

  • Successfully developed and implemented global product and service re-launches of British Airways’ in-flight services for First Class, Club World and WorldTraveller. (March 1997-September 2000) and grew BA-USA’s leisure sales of New York’s regional market by 20% (July 1995- March 1997)
